Heavy scream and growl based vocalist in Yorktown looking for local very heavy influenced musicians to record with. I'm interested in being a recording band, but not opposed to live if we have something sick going on.
I'm in a long term prog metal project with the guitarist of Spitpool.
I have released a song with David Benites (guy from Renesans and the Extreme Vocal Institute who goes on stage with bands like Fit For A King, Motionless In White, and Lorna Shore). And just for added bonus, I know Telle from The Word Alive.
I've worked with Hiram Hernandez who has played with TWA, and recently finished recording and mixing a song for Call Me Karizma, TWA's upcoming album, and others.
I can record at home, but I do my bigger recording at Master Sound Studio in VA Beach with Robert Ulsh. If you've heard of Pharrell Williams, Missy Elliot, Justin Timberlake and other big names, then you know Robert's work.
I say all that to make the point: I'm in it. I have experience. I do this for the pure fun and therapy of heavy music, but I've put myself out there and gotten in with people like that so you know I'm not just a newbie or wanna be vocalist who forgets to plug the mic in for video shoots.
My range is mid upper fry to mid low gutturals.
