I have been playing guitar since I was 11 and piano since age 9. I started out like most musicians playing in garage bands and have played everything from proms, clubs, opening acts, lounges, weddings, corporate gigs, bar bands, touring, session work, dances, etc. I have a lot of depth in terms of styles of music. My first loves are classic rock, rockabilly, blues & smooth jazz, however, I have played country, jazz, rockabilly, lounge, rock, wedding, bluegrass, acoustic duos, trios, dance, R&B, and pop bands. I have a lot of depth in terms of what I can play.

I'm putting together a side project in addition to my current band and it is a lounge band playing smooth jazz and jazz standards, and Latin music (Bossa Nova). I'm looking for an upright bass player, Cajon player, or drummer, perhaps the right piano player, and female lounge vocalist for jazz standards, smooth jazz, Bossa Nova, and Latin music.

I'm receptive to joining an existing band as well.

I'm not opposed to using backing tracks. I have played a lot of clubs, restaurants, and private functions in my area, and have a lot of connections so gigs are not a problem.
