ABOUT
Danish is God: A hard edged band that plays mostly original music, residing in Virginia Beach, and employing elements of stoner rock, metal, jazz, funk, ambient and other genres. Comprised of members Brian Meade (guitar, vocals), Nicholas Greene (bass) and James Cherry Jr. (drums), D.I.G. came to fruition in August of 2011 as a stoner rock/metal project. While holding on to the harder edge traits of their inception, the band has evolved to also incorporate some of the more melodic elements found in rock and pop music into their sound, as well as some improvisational jazz and ambient jams. The band is working on finishing their debut cd "Multiple Streams".
