SEEKINGVocalist, Bass Guitar.
Experienced seasoned drummer with what i am told is a high level of musicality. I understand my role in a band. Currently playing with a blues trio but excited about a more ambitious project in the works. We are looking for a female vocalist currently That can pull off genres from smooth sultry jazz to rock (not heavy metal). Interested?

Led Zeppelin to Sade, and everything in between. Although I enjoy classic and progressive rock, to be a working drummer has naturally required me to delve into all musical styles and there is really nothing that I can't or won't do, musically that is.
Although I still have the 70's Fiberglas Pearl kit I grew up with, my favorite is a handmade kit made for me by an old friend who was the most passionate man I know. I am proud to play on his drums - brass rims and all. It's a seven piece kit and really rocks!
Music - Manic Depression
Music - Manic DepressionJust Chris Manning and I trying to emulate our favorite influences - Jimi Hendrix and Mitch Mitchell (Jimi's drummer) - note - no bass nor vocals - just the two of us having fun.
Run v4Another original Track with Small Tribe which never got completely finished in terms of mixing/mastering the recording. Nevertheless it is v4 and not a bad mix in my opinion.
Beautiful AshesA Small Tribe original - really our first completed song. The drum tracks were laid down first and I actually wish I could have redone it to make it sound more fresh and "live" - but it is arguably our best effort to date.
Prologue_We Don't Know
Prologue_We Don't KnowYet another Small Tribe original - unique track but has elements of Beatles in the "Prologue" and Queen in the "We Don't Know" section.
PillsAnother Small Tribe original - unfinished mix/master but not a bad mix. I cut out the bridge which I felt was too lengthy and was not really completed. Anyway I was proud of this one and wrote most of the lyrics.
SometimesWe have a cheesy video of this on Youtube as well ;)
New DayOur next single from Small Tribe which we are proud of having received airplay on Mountain Outlaw Radio
HeyBob Romans composed this gem. One of my favorite in our growing catalogue.
Cover - Police - Can't Stand Losing You
Cover - Police - Can't Stand Losing YouCan't replicate the master - Steward Copeland is an amazing drummer! Anyway this was fun trying...enjoy.
Drumless cover - Barracuda
Drumless cover - BarracudaNot perfect but a lot of fun with this one.
Burnin' for You cover
Burnin' for You coverExperimenting with drumless tracks using my Roland kit.
My Rearview Life
My Rearview LifeThis is one from our band leader Bob Romans - check it out!
Takin' Care of business - Drums and vocals
Takin' Care of business - Drums and vocalsTook a risk on this one - the drums are simple but a bit of a challenge vocally for me at least... sure was fun though ;)
Dennis Chambers tune
Dennis Chambers tuneThis is a track from one of my favorite drummers where I got to "sit in" with the band (i.e. karaoke). It sounds "off" in the middle section with guitar and drums...trust me that it is supposed to - it's jazz rock so anything goes.
Love Me Just A Little Bit - Dave Weckl
Love Me Just A Little Bit - Dave WecklThis was from a Dave Weckl Play Along CD, minus the drum track just for fun...Dave is an awesome player so I had to pick a simple one to play ;)
Brown Eyed Girl -Cruz Pino
Brown Eyed Girl -Cruz PinoThis is part of a collection of Apple Trax I used for fun to play drums to (karaoke style) and try out some vocals. This one is dedicated to Eden. If you listen closely, brown eyes turn blue midway thru the song ;)
