I’ve been playing for almost 35 years. Played in semi-professional bands playing original material in Austin, TX. Joined the military, played in a few cover bands. I’m looking for a fun project with like minded folks in it to make good music whether original or not. I’d rather sing backup if I’m playing Geddy Lee, Flea, et cetera-style-esque melodic basslines. I prefer tock, country, or blues. I’d have to brush up my sight reading for jazz.

Amps: Mesa Boogie Bass 400+ for the big places and an Aguilar Tone Hammer 500 for the smaller venues. Mesa Boogie 4x10 cabinet.
Basses: Hamer Cruisebass (better built jazz bass) with 2Tek bridge and Hipshot detuner on the E string. (Yes, I’m a product of 90s music), Ernie Ball Musicman Stingray, Fender USA P-90 fretless, NS Design electric upright, Ibanez 6 string with the Nordstrand electronics and PUs.
