ABOUT
I've been a singer for 15 years or more. I'd like to consider myself an above average singer with moderate formal training. I'm a Rock and Metal singer with a very high range, especially after I practice more than once a week. love Metal especially the classics that really belt their voices high. I'd really like to start a more classic and progressive style band. I love Jazz influenced metal/ rock bands that delve into the experimental side of music. Some of the music I have up is rough but hopefully you get the idea. I'm currently working on projects to expand my portfolio with a more palatable appeal and better mixes. I'm well versed in band aesthetics and am a contributor in all projects I'm given permission to develop with. I play a little guitar and even less piano. I would rather not play them in the band but instead use it as a tool to translate ideas in development.

Influences
Classic heavy metal with operatic vocals for strength, Choir music for warmth, European folk for substance,
Just a pinch of death/thrash metal for raw emotion.
Bands I enjoy would be Opeth, Iron maiden, porcupine tree, mastodon, Children Of Bodom and many many others. I'm really a broad stroke of pickyness but see the complexities in many genres. Ultimately I'm a musician first and a metal head second and really love all musicians for what they do because to myself music is the last form of magic left in this world and we are all captivated by it's spell.
