ABOUT

Hi! I’m a singer/guitarist/producer/songwriter and I’m moving to Richmond this summer. I’m looking to join an existing band, but I’m also hoping to turn my solo project into an actual band.

When it comes to joining an existing band: I’d be best playing bass or rhythm guitar. Fine with anything ranging from indie pop/rock to metal/hardcore. I can put in as much creative input as you want- if you want me to help with any composition/lyrics, I can do that, but if you want me to just play that’s fine with me too.

In terms of my own project: It’s hard to describe genre-wise because I mix a lot of different elements into it. But overall I guess it’s an experimental alt-rock thing that sometimes goes in an industrial or synth-pop direction and other times leans more towards metalcore/post-hardcore (but with clean vox). I also enjoy incorporating ambient/droning atmospheres, world percussion, mechanical foley (like, machinery) as percussion, and glitchy/reversed sounds. FFO Brand New, Sleep Token, Balance & Composure, Bad Omens, some BMTH?? Kinda?? I’ll upload some of the demos soon so you can take a listen.
