Are you a music producer/composer? Do you want to take yourself to the next level? Are you interested in creating a new sound and brand yourself for exposure to the world?
I am looking for a music producer/composer to collaborate on a unique project that will launch our career in music. Someone who is creative, hard-working, inventive, talented, ready to be part of a team, and take that team to stardom. Looking for someone who is reliable, willing to devote time to this project and stay with it, also do gigs and shows. You will be part of a music duo (possibly group) a big part. This is not just a freelance/behind the scenes collaboration. We will be formatted similarly to La Roux: electropop duo made up of singer, keyboardist, co-writer and co-producer Eleanor Kate Jackson and keyboardist, co-writer and co-producer Ben Langmaid.
This will be a professional music relationship: very much a half and half sharing situation, not just a singer producer outfit. I have a network with contacts at labels looking for new talent. Universal is one of them. This is a very serious project, however, no EGOs will be tolerated, we are equals and each bring our own to the table. I am focused and driven, but also fun, and looking to build a career in music. While fame is not the ultimate end goal. I do believe this could take us there if we want it. This project does have a certain aesthetic attached to the image we'll convey. Think in the vein of Gaga, Queen, La Roux with touches of Arcade Fire, and the fashion sense of Ralph Lauren meets Dita Von Teese wearing Skinny Jeans and a hoodie. We are youthful, we are fun, and willing to experiment. It is preferable that applicants have experience in producing/composing electronic, pop, or rock/alternative music. Also has interest in those genres. Bands/Artists we're influenced by are: La Roux, Lady Gaga, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Vampire Weekend, Bloc Party, Rihanna, Passion Pit, Ke$ha. Please respond with:
