70-year-old Clarinet and Sax player with over 40+ years of playing out in a wide variety of bands and musical styles. I play with a "Tasty" sound that blends well with acoustic string players as well as electric guitars and keyboards. My wife and I have recently moved to Ellijay, in north Georgia, and I'm seeking players and musical opportunities to adequately feed my creative soul. I can read, but play anything by ear, and appreciate a wide variety of musical genres. I also sing. Playing out would be very nice, but any creative, satisfying musical experience would be welcome.

Influences
The great American Song Book, Jazz (including String Jazz ala David Grisman, Bromberg and the like), Blues, Americana, and Latin/world music.
I've also played for years at the Unity Church, and love the variety of music and players included in the Posi Music network.

Buffet Clarinet, Selmer Soprano, Conn Alto, and Selmer Tenor Saxophones, Yamaha Digital Wind Controller,(with it's tone generator full of sounds), PA gear including a BOSE L1 II System w/2 bass speakers, 2 Mackie SRM 450 Powered speakers w/stands, lots of mics and cords, etc.
