Started playing bass in 1983. Played in a moderately successful local metal band in the late 80s/early 90s. Put the bass away for many years after that. Started playing again about 5 years ago. Decided I might want to meet up with other casual players.

Influences
Mostly '90s crunchy alt stuff: RATM, Tool (I love 'em, and can play lots of JC's riffs and a few songs, but I'm far from proficient in their stuff), AIC, Soundgarden, NIN, Ministry, (old) Jane's Addiction. Not a fan of modern metal/djent.
