ABOUT

I am a singer, violinist, producer, and composer. I'm looking to build a band of collaborators to record original music in the studio, perform locally both originals and some covers, and eventually travel abroad if all goes well. I have a masters in composition, I have certifications in Pro Tools, and like to make backing tracks using Logic Pro, Pro Tools, and tracking my vocals, violin, and keys. I have basic video editing skills and can sync videos to the tracks and display them live. I've performed a live version of my act twice at Wild Goose Saloon but looking to take the music in a different direction. It was violin lead but I want to make it more vocals-focused with added male harmonies and maybe even duets or trading lead roles back and forth. Think emotional, epic, melancholy, acoustic + electronic pads/ambiance, with a groove. I am eager to make new music but don't want to do it all alone.

One of Denver’s well-known fiddle players, Jennifer Deann Scott is teaming up with Singer Songwriter Josh Bierman who blends a wide variety of cover songs that touches on Country, Rock, Pop, Classic singalong tunes and Original music into a fun live performance that reaches out to get the audience involved. This is a special event, as Jennifer is also debuting a new flavor of performance as she changes her typical set of violin leads and backing vocals to singing lead vocals of Indie, Folk, Pop, and Country covers.

I'm sitting in on violin with Rodney Rice at the Hi-Dive in Denver this Friday, February 17, 2024 in case you'd like to meet me and hear me play. I won't be singing much if at all at this particular gig. FYI - I sit in with dozens of bands in various genres throughout the year.
