Hey, I am a guitarist and vocalist seeking dedicated musicians who want to make music their career. Looking to practice and meet often and work to make our band as big as possible. I am located near Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
I am the front man/guitarist of Nobody Yet, but we have been on hiatus. (You can hear our music on Spotify, be, etc s://./watch?v=nuM6v1XmL1U) I'm seeking musicians that are talented and share the goal of wanting to push a band as much as possible. Ideally, a full band would be, but not limited to: 2 guitars, 1 bass, and drums. I have played as a 3 piece, which is an option I guess.
My songwriting combines cool guitar riffs with catchy vocal hooks, sometimes a little darker/edgier sounding, but I'm not afraid to be on the poppier side either. I'm down with simple pop punk, but I'm also down with heavier riff-driven stuff too. I go nuts on stage, and I would prefer everyone to be down to give a crazy, energetic performance. I have professional equipment, a practice space at my apartment if needed, and personal transportation. My job is flexible and I normally work Mon-Fri mornings.
Right now I have about 16-20 songs written that we could use or not. I'm down to write new ones or perfecting what I have written. I can front a band, or just play guitar. I am not fighting to be the front man, I just want everyone to be in their best position for the success of the band. I would be down to join a project or start a new one. Primarily, I just want to work with musicians who take the band seriously, and put in effort to advance as far as we can. Good songs AND social media/managerial stuff/promotion/etc
