A transplant from Minneapolis MN where I spent a lot of the last 25 yrs doing world music. Irish, Latin, Mideastern, etc. Bassist, band leader, hired gun. Came to PA and currently bassist for the Colin Alvarez Band. Always open to recording and fill in work as my schedule allows.

Influences
I consider this question as meaning "who did you cop your riffs from?" But I try to have my own style. Players/bands I like are: EST, Danny Thompson (Pentangle,John Martyn) , Mick Karn (Japan), Chuck Rainey, Dan Berglund, Marcus Miller, Doug Johns, Sharon Jones, Rock Candy Funk Party, Clearwater Hot Club. My tastes are all over the map from Norwegian folk, Jazz Manouche, to Led Zeppelin and Peter Gabriel.

EQUIPMENT
I have a couple of Pedulla's I use primarily, also a Mike lull MV4 fretless, and a 1920's German double bass. I use a modified Epifani piccolo or a Harke LH1000 head with Barefaced and Phil Jones cabs. I have a sort of love/hate relationship with effects. Kind of like an ex you have to continue dealing with because of the kids.
