Hey everyone I go by Cory and I have moderate acoustic and rhythm guitar experience and am rather adept at bass guitar and cello. I do write lyrics and would one day like to sing them or have someone else sing them, I am pretty ambitious and have played in several other bands. Ideally I would like to join or help form a local band and see where it goes.

Influences
Firstly I do love some zep but I would say my playing style is more leaned toward skate punk like Agent Orange. As a punker I have alot of other bands I could reflect in my music such as Dead Kennedeys, Iggy and the Stooges, Misfits (with Danzig), Black Flag Milions of Dead Cops, Stiff Little Fingers, Gangrene, and well you get the drift. Ska is interesting to me as well I like playing the walking bass lines Id have to say as far as ska goes my favorites would be Less than Jake and Suicide Machines. I like bands kinda inbetween punk and reaggae like some NOFX stuff and Bad Brains. Im a big Fugazi and Minor Threat fan and lyrically I think I have some original material that could be molded around different styles. I cant lie I get into industrial metal like korn, Static-x, Powerman 5000, Even skinrend. I even like some Cage the Elephant and Black Keys, Jack White, Raconteurs. Well theres alot to work with there there are atleast some people with mutual taste out there.
