Hi, I am Leandro. I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am a full-time scientist and a keen music student. I am new to the area (New England) and am looking to connect with local musicians to play some music and see where it goes.

I played guitar for the past ~20 years. I became more serious about it 7-8 years ago. I played guitar, bass, and vocals in a rock/blues/cover band for several years.

I play acoustic (spanish/classical) guitar. In the past years I focused on South American rhythms. Tango, milonga, and more recently a bit of bossa nova. Folk and blues are still there too. I enjoy music in general and am pretty open (maybe death metal is not my thing).

I usually jam with people around here and am having a lot of fun playing classic American songs. I like American folk music, I love fiddles. I like country music and would like to learn the basics of bluegrass. I am not too much into jazz but it will happen at some point.

I am looking to start or join an acoustic duo/trio/whatever. I am happy playing covers and would also work on your songs. I love improvising and playing classical/popular songs. I play guitar every day. I also love singing.

I am happy doing this just for fun. If we click and sound good, I am willing to go to open mics, play gigs, etc. I am open to whatever comes from this.

I put some recent recordings of songs I like. It's just my guitar and clapping. Built-in macbook mic and garageband. Some of these could use more cowbell.

Si sos argentino y tocás guitarra criolla no dudes en contactarme. La propuesta es armar un grupo de tango, milonga y folklore. Había un grupo en NYC que se dedicaba a esos géneros y les iba muy bien. Sonaban parecido a Palermo Trio. Supongo que una propuesta así en Moston también debería caminar. Tarde o temprano el tango llega.
