Drummer looking for a classic rock or hard rock cover band. I prefer playing 80's metal, but know that's really not good to book, so I save that for my bass drum creep character.
I play out at least once a month either with a full band with various personnel changes ( whoever is available) or doing an acoustic set on the cajon with a pedal and hihat attachment, but I would like something more steady and permanent.
Playing out once a month, every other month would be fine.
If anyone is doing an acoustic solo or duo and wants to add some percussion, the cajon with the pedal and hihat attachment sounds great and doesn't overpower anything. I mic it and let you adjust the volume.

For the classic rock, all the typical bands and singers you would think of and recognize. For the 80's metal, Iron Maiiden, DIo, Scorpions, Priest, basically everything on Ozzy's Boneyard on XM with some Hair Nation and Liquid Metal thrown in,
