SEEKING
Band to Join, Vocalist, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums, Background Singer.ABOUT
Never too old to Rock and Roll. I've played rhythm guitar most of my life - I can play some leads but have always been in bands that had lead players that were way better than me. My claim to fame, when I lived in Florida (late 1970's), my band was the opening act for Jimmy Buffett, the Little River Band, and the Steve Miller Band - 33,000 people. Check out this site for photos and sample of the music - type in "southpaw reunion google sites" in your browser and you should be able to find it. We did all original music - to pigeonhole it, call it rock with a Southern flavor - featuring double leads, and four part vocal harmonies. Looking to join existing band or form new one. I have at least three, one hour sets of original music available to play, and would prefer to concentrate on originals. But most of all, I just want to play. I am familiar with most of the classic rock standards, and I am quick study.
