Influences
I would say my greatest vocal influence is Phyllis Hyman, may she rest in great peace. She gave me confidence in using my lower register particularly and her musicality and emotionality are unmatched. I would say that my voice can have a very similar tone as hers. Also Donny Hathaway, Chaka Khan, Stevie Wonder, Sarah Vaughan, Prince, Frank Sinatra. Honestly I could go on and on.
