I am a avid Percussionist. I absolutely love what I do and love percussion. I do not do anything else (Instrument wise). There is something about rhythm that keeps my heart beating...Pun intended lol. Drums in my mind is the one instrument that is completely different in every country/region. I can go all day but long story short is I will never stop learning this instrument.
I first started on a Djembe like many others. I instantly fell in love with the instrument and the rhythms I could create so I started studying African music. Shortly after I bought a kit and started playing in a band. Throughout my career I've mainly focused on Funk, Latin, and Reggae music.
