I am a 23yr old Bassist/Vocalist who is looking for a Drummer/Percussionist to form an interesting Duo with. I'd like someone who is close in age and proximity if possible, who has developed a unique style from experience and experimentation. I'm looking for someone who also has similar tastes in music and is willing to try new percussion techniques and tools for song adaptation, if necessary. If you want to have input and heavy contribution for a song, I think we would get along. I'm NOT looking for a drummer who wants a generic rock band and rides the snare and hi hat the whole time.
Along with this project, I might consider other instruments along the way, if need be. This may include guitar (if the style is suitable) or cello. Maybe something else?? I'm pretty open, but it's important for me to establish close friendships with these musicians who are committed and driven to make this project interesting and worth while.
