thedeflators IG or pop at thedeflatorsband dot you know. Best described as a melodic punk, power pop or just maybe just rock with a punk influence. Think a faster Smithereens meets the Bouncing Souls meets Shades Apart, since we're from Jersey. Right now it's me on rhythm guitar and vocals, a bassist writing and a drummer practicing in Old Bridge. Between the 3 of us, we have a lot of material. ALL we need is a lead guitarist or a guitar/keys hybrid so live, I can focus on vocals. Reach out and I'll send links to demos we are working on. Absolutely open to collaboration with like-minded peeps. Full Disclosure: I'm sXe, but not preachy about it (the drummer and bassist are not, but nobody's partying like a rock star).
