ABOUT

Retired after going to sea for 35 years (no bands on boats!) and now have the time to devote to a band. Been playing with friends and some bands, as well as the usual basement playing. Have played with different guys on and off for the past 2 years, but would like to find something more focused. Can practice most nights, and playing 1-2 times a month works for me. Not looking/needing to make a living playing music.

Don't need or offer drama, whining, or excess drinking. No drugs (did that in my youth) in my life. Take music but not life too seriously. Blues is my love, classic rock, cover music is fine.

Influences

Late 60's early 70's Rock N Roll is what I grew up playing. I like most types of music you can dance to - except disco. Pretty open to most types of music to play.

EQUIPMENT

I restored the Rogers and Sonor drums I play. Have a Carvin mixer and monitors / speakers. Not able to practice at my place, but willing to contribute $ to practice room. And as most ads ask, I do have dependable transportation. I can also tell time and show up on schedule.
