Newport Blues Project, roots/Chicago Blues. We’re a spinoff of The Newports, a blues/rock/soul band that originated in Chicago’s industrial south suburbs and reconvened in southwest Michigan in 2014. We have a Michigan and Tucson version of the band. Seeking drummer and vocalist/guitarist for Tucson version. Looking to play smaller, intimate venues and need a drummer with a light touch.
