Groove-oriented metal drummer. I'm very experienced in death metal and hardcore punk but I'd also be interested in doing loud abrasive rock, crust punk, or d-beat stuff. On the other side I love roots reggae, sludgy rock, psychedelia and garage/bible belt blues and am comfortable jamming with any people interested in those genres of music.
I can also play rhythm guitar and have a great ear for music, making me a valuable asset to songwriting. I just picked up a bass a few months ago, learning to play hardcore punk. I've been running a lot of blues scales and jamming to reggae frequently so I'd be down to jam on bass as well. No show grade gear yet, just borrowing from current bandmates.
Work 9-5, looking to do this on the side-- play some bars and small venues, maybe some festivals.
