I'm a guitar player and I've been playing in blues/rock bands for a couple years now and I want to try something a little different. It's a little tricky to describe the music I want to play but I know the direction I want to go in would be along the lines of Marcus King if he played a little bit jazzier. I want this band to be a little more intricate than just the typical garage band where we play four chords over a simple drum beat until we get to the guitar solo.
