Hello to everyone in the St Louis area! Seasoned (another word for older) musician here who is looking to join or start a fun energetic 90's / 2000's radio hits band in the vein of 'The Killer (Somebody Told Me), 'Gin Blossoms (Hey Jealousy), 'Avril Lavigne' (Sk8er Boi), 'Ashley Simpson' (Pieces of Me), and you get the drift. I am wanting to take people down memory lane.
With my few examples, I am wanting to play with a group that has both male and female singers that can also play instruments in a variety of styles. As for me, I play acoustic/rhythm/lead guitars, bass, drums and have handled lead vocal too much for my liking, though I am still a very good backup vocalist and can handle leading a couple songs now and then. My preference is to play guitars.
