Haven’t been in a steady band in decades but have been playing music of various genres and styles for personal enrichment and in occasional public performances since. I play guitar, bass and most other string instruments. I played mostly bass in bands but would like to challenge myself to spend time out front on lead guitar and vocals. Hoping to find other musicians who want to play for fun while still serious about the music.

Influences
Love almost all types of music but I am imagining a group playing updated and extended versions of old R&B, rock and blues standards. Familiar music with a twist. Not really interested in playing the same rock and top 40 set list from my high school band days. More guitars than I need in many flavors, amps that lean towards the small venue size and a few mics. I have the resources to obtain whatever equipment the situation requires.
