Historically, I've been most influenced by bands like Norma Jean, Underoath, Emery, mewithoutYou, Say Anything, Dance Gavin Dance, A Lot Like Birds, and My Chemical Romance.
Honorable mentions include bands like AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Ramones, Led Zeppelin, Queen, and The Beatles.
My most comfortable genres are anything under the Punk umbrella, with particular emphasis on Emo/Post-Hardcore, although I love incorporating elements of Jazz and Blues, as well as Progressive Rock elements, and occasionally dipping my toes into the heavier Metal genres like Metalcore, Deathcore, etc.
