Hello. We are TitanoMachia. And we are a Melodic Metalcore act from the Dallas area. We are talented, take pride in our craft and performance, but most importantly, we’re all silly! Haha.

We are now searching for a new rhythm guitarist and are holding auditions! Here are the prerequisites:

-Your gender or ethnicity or beliefs don’t matter (unless you’re like a taliban or something) so no need to worry about things like that. We’re all inclusive!

-Preferred age range is between 24-35 but we are willing to make exceptions depending on litigating circumstances.

-Must have a six string AND a seven string (6 tuned to Drop C and 7 tuned to Drop G)

-You will need a fairly good amount of skill, our rhythm guitarist played some guitar solos on some of our songs, nothing too outrageous (think like, slightly watered down mid-late 2000s Matt Heafy (Trivium)) if you’re not much of a soloist that’s cool I can take over in that department fully if need be. But you will need a slightly above average knowledge of chords, scales/ modes, etc. Again nothing too crazy but that is what will be expected. Your skill level should be about Trivium/ later As I lay dying level.

-Gotta know how to play to a click, we are a recording band and hence that is absolutely a requirement

-Not required per se but it is recommended that you have at least a rudimentary knowledge of theory in order to keep up with much of the deliberation and the songwriting processes.

-We practice 2x a week on Tuesdays at 7:30 PM and Sundays at noon. Practices range from anywhere between 2-4 hours TYPICALLY (i.e. it could go on longer, rarely does though.)

-Gotta have your own gear and transportation.

Tis all I can think of at the moment but that should about cover it. In this band, I am the leader and main songwriter, this band is my brain baby, everyone is absolutely encouraged to bring their ideas to the table. I’m hiring YOU. Which means I want YOUR input. However, most of the songwriting is done by me, but please feel free to present a change if there is something you dislike or if you think of something you think is better. I’ll always listen, but I may still say No. haha, but don’t be afraid to try. Attached is our spotify with three of our singles, and currently I’m trying to upload an unmastered single we’re working on but the system seems to be having issues so I’ll wait a bit before I try again, all so you can hear our stuff and see if it’s something you may be interested in!
