ABOUT

With well over 200 gigs experience, I have been playing in both original and cover bands since the late 1980s. I am currently part of an all-original alternative rock project - Couch Professor - with some other DC-area alt-rock veterans. Check us out!

I am not into thrash/speed/growl-core stuff. Drums should drive the music, not beat it to death. I am not some mindless basher, nor am I a timid "lite-jazz" tapper. I understand dynamics, musical space, rhythm, pace, and play with taste. I will actively participate in song development and contribute to arrangements. I am supported by my loving wife and family. I am reliable, stable, drama-free, drug-free, ego-free team player, with a sense of humor and humility. I expect bandmates to be the same - it should be about enjoying the music.

I have also appeared on two tracks from the Versailles Records AC/DC tribute CD "Rock & Roll Train: A Millennium Tribute to AC/DC" and included them below in the audio section.
