SEEKING
Band to Join, Vocalist, Bass Guitar, Drums, Other Percussion, Violin, Keyboard, Piano, Banjo, Mandolin, Fiddle, Upright bass.ABOUT
I play acoustic and electric guitars, harmonica, sing (tenor), and write songs. I’m looking for local jam partners to play covers and write originals, with a heavy emphasis on groove oriented and electric blues, funk, and folk rock.
I have lots of experience writing, recording, and performing music for children and families (on Spotify or iTunes under David Hall, “Be Positive” and “Be Yourself”). I’ve also done my fair share of supporting education and union causes through song.
I work days as an elementary school counselor, so don’t have my sights on money or touring, just looking to have fun, learn, create, and perform locally. This profile has a sample from my children’s records (Clap Your Hands), a video of me performing an original song at a union rally, some simple ideas recorded on my iPhone, and a picture of my jam space in SW PDX.
