63 YO CPA/Dad looking to get a classic R&B/hard core blues band together. 50s, 60s Chicago style. Little Walter, Howlin' Wolf, Junior Wells, etc. Ray Charles? Early James Brown? "5" Royales? Looking for a harmonica, bass and drum. I play lead, rhythm guitar (and bass) so I am happy to switch back and forth. Rehearse once a week. Get a gig or two a month and I'd be happy.

Influences
My guitar playing is certainly Beano/Cream era Clapton influenced. But I think I picked up quirks from T Monk, Hubert Sumlin and who knows what else along the way.
My bass playing is influenced by Jack Bruce, Jack Casady, James Jameson, Entwhistle. You see where I am coming from. But I also enjoy running a tight ship like a Willie Dixon if the song calls for it.
My first "love" was British Invasion (1964 first one). Instead of playing the Stones, Yardbirds, Who, Beatles, I want to play the music that influenced them.
