Bio
Born and raised in Indianapolis IN.(North East side) have been playing drums and percussion since I was 10 or 11 years old, to date 28 years total.

My first crash course in music that got me moving to the grove were albums that my parents listened to everything from Big Band, Herb Albert the Hollies to Roberta Flack just to name a few. In Jr.high I soon was turned on by the sound & technical ability of RUSH and it was on! I made myself into a practice machine, honing skills and getting my hands on different music styles to broaden my playing ability. Along with Rush I was practicing to a great well diverse music collection: Police, Led Zeppelin, YES, Van Hallen, SRV, funk bands and some other various music selections.

I Played in high school rock bands since jr.high and in 1990 I was in my first band Madrid Right out H.S., we attempted to record our first Album but it was never finished, along with playing in the clubs. In 1995 I was in the band PLACEBO for a few years and recorded a full length CD. In 2000 I was in a band called Bone Daddie and recorded another full length CD in 2004, we were together for about 7 years. During the later part of Bone Daddie I was also in an Irish Band SECOND FIDDLE. I play a 7 pc DW custom maple kit that also can be set up for a 4pc. I Play various percussion items including Djembe that I have come to enjoy for 14 years now. I have put together an acoustic kit for unplugged gigs with the Djembe and it is a great addition. I sing backing vocals and have a mid to high range.

My writing ability doesn't stop with the drums. I have a thorough knowledge of music theory due to working on melody parts & placement with instrumentalists and 3&4 part harmonies with other vocalists.

My playing style is probably a bit technically mixed but for original creation I tend to play with a more Rock/Funk/Staccato feel maybe like Carter Beauford mixed with Will Calhoun(just my opinion). I am an accomplished professional drummer that definitely can play the required "back beat" to fit the music.

I am very easy going, laid back and it is always about the music. I have my own mics and cables and all other professional gear, always looking onward and upward.

Really everything from: rock, funk, jazz, Blues to country pop. even ethnic its all good... okay I have my boundaries.

Looking For
� A new adventure, don't know what style for sure but something with good feel and a challenge.

Original based - yes, with Female lead vocal or potential to have.

Covers Based - maybe, would rather do corporate events and make it worth my while instead of killing myself in the bars with all covers, But I am always up for a proposition.

Recording Project- Yes, count me in.

Ultimately would like a two for one type of band, line up would be: vocals- Female & male with one of them playing an instrument or both. Bass, drums, keys(maybe the other lead singer plays this or pianoish) & guitar. Then maybe some horns on retainer. This would be my dual purpose corporate gig /original band dream. (oh yeah & everyone could sing and would know a ton of material)
