ABOUT

I'm a singer and guitar player from the Mountains of Pocono. While I have little experience in gigging as of signup, I am versitile and work well with other players. I generally play electric guitar better and play anything from punk to pop but focus mainly on indie rock (with a little bit of noise thrown in for good measure). My playing style emulates the likes of John Frusciante and Hillel Slovak of the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Jimi Hendrix, but other influences include Graham Coxon of Blur, Steve Jones of Sex Pistols, and Lincoln Parish of Cage the Elephant. Vocal inspirations include Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Matt Schultz, The Penguins, Danny Sexbang of Ninja Sex Party and New Edition (my voice is quite Tenor-y, so I look to the guys in that range who can sing their asses off).

Influences

Hmmmm.... Jimi Hendrix, Michael Jackson, Bad Brains, Arctic Monkeys, Blur, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cage the Elephant, Death (the protopunk band), Daft Punk, Courtney Barnett, Gorillaz, The Presidents of the United States of America, Queens of the Stone Age, The Strokes, Tame Impala, Weezer, Queen, Nirvana, and Ninja Sex Party (for a bit of comedy).

EQUIPMENT

Current equipment includes a Fender American Standard Stratocaster, a Fender Squier Strat, an Ibanez Acoustic-Electric Guitar, an older classical guitar, and a Fender Mustang 3 amplifier (my personal favorite). The American Standard is my go to.
