ABOUT

Aggressive Guitar Oriented Modern Rock.........Here's the skinny on us..........We both have family and careers that take up a lot of our time, BUT are able to find a few hours week to rehearse and write. This band is
mostly about having fun, but we are well rehearsed and committed to
this project. The deal is that we only play for fun. No managers,
labels or agents. Playing live – as well as writing and recording –
are what we are in it for now. We have pals in other bands, we do
shows with them and always end up giving people their money's worth.
Except for one gig at the Emerald Theatre, we have only played
weekends and are only looking to play every few months - No reason to
oversaturate an already depleted market - Mostly Saturdays. Between
the booking connections we have ourselves and the bands we are friends
with, it's never a problem to get a weekend.

EQUIPMENT

As far as equipment, my live rig - Howard Vox/GTR - is 2 full stacks (Marshall Cabs). 2 Randall RM100H heads I have a bunch of
guitars, but I mostly play my Schecter C-1's for this project. Doug –
the bass player – is using an Ampeg SVP-Pro pre-amp with a Carvin 2000
watt power-amp into to EV loaded Sonic 18" Bottoms, with 2 4 x10 Ampeg
tops. He plays Gibson Les Pauls Basses for added thunder :P ........................
I also own a recording studio. Currently I am running a ProTools rig
with Digidesign, Presonus and Focusrite Preamps. My mics are by
Soundelux, Sennheizer, Shure, AKG, Audio Technica, etc… I have been
recording local bands, as well as my own, off and on for almost 20
years. Now that I using ProTools, I am FINALLY getting the results I
had hoped for.
