ABOUT

I sing and play rhythm guitar.

I have experience singing country, rock, and pop. I in a rock band for about a year singing Godsmack, Priest, Zombie, Nickelback, STP, Alice in Chains, Theory of a Deadman, and others.

I was the lead singer in a local country band, Meads Creek, covering artists like Keith Urban, Kenny Chesney, Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Toby Keith, and such.

I am currently half of the acoustic duo, The Ampersand Project. I am the acoustic/rhythm guitarist and vocalist. We cover country, rock, and pop.

Looking for people to jam with, kinda just mess around, learn to play new songs and such. Would really love to practice (and learn) vocal harmonies, I don't have much experience there. Would like to learn a little bluegrass/Americana, and practice harmonies. Would like to learn how to loop and be more dynamic of a guitar player as well. Would love to work with another acoustic guitar player or bassist (preferably stand up bass) who can sing (lead AND harmonies), would be ideal. I’m flexible with availability, willing to travel for shows and practice, and have played near 800 live gigs.

Look me up, Jeremy James (The Ampersand Project) on FB

EQUIPMENT

I primarily play a Yamaha LLX6-DN. I sing through Sennheiser 945e and 965 mics, and have various gear like Bose F1 Pros, QSC K-Subs, RCF Evox Jmix8, use a Midas MR18 mixer, and have a few various pedals and such. I love what I’m currently doing and am not planning on stopping, but I’m always considering ideas for different avenues and exposure to playing music for people.
