ABOUT

Veteran, versatile Percussionist/set drummer moved to Holland during COVID, have own biz n travel but looking to bring together 2 other musicians as core band for up to 4 gigs a month performing innovative acoustic, jazz (fakebook/standards), latin, fusion, and experimentation/original composition...looking for two accomplished musicians (any age) who dont NEED the gigs to live, willing to risk some time for unusual creative opportunity. Seeking versatilie keyboardist (or fingerstyle guitarist who can lay down rhythm and solo) and bassist (pref electric and upright) with strong fakebook experience to co-create our own style; will invite guest musicians, vocalists to sit in as needed. My drumming style is non-dominating, super collaborative, to support the tune, the soloist, the groove, and inspire playful invention in real time. Play vintage set, Congas, world drums, percussion accessories to paint as thoughtfully, compliment frontline within many genres. Possible paid gigs but starting with fabulous trade: creating for great eats and beverages, and very cool community one extraordinary new multisensory venue in Holland featuring art gallery, gourmet Mediterranean restaurant & bar. Private party possibilities on site.
