Retired, 65 years old. I started playing bass in 2005. I'd rate myself as intermediate. I've done a few gigs - outdoor affairs for parties mainly. Genres include rock (mostly classic, and progressive), reggae, funk - really open to anything that sounds good and is fun to play. I am a novice on drums but totally addicted - lots of practice and lessons from a great teacher. Playing around with hand drums (djembe, congas, tabla, udu) but will probably just use them for background tracks. . Love to just jam, and love to play for audiences.
