A backyard party and I got to play with the classic punk band! We practiced twice for the gig, and it was fun - but probably not for me.

The Mongrels are headlining an outdoor neighborhood party at Lorenzo Allen Park in Petworth, DC, 5101 9th Ave NW, Wash. DC, 1:00 - 6:30. Petworth Palooza? The other bands are American Nomad and The Thread.

The Mongrels are back at the outdoor patio at El Golfo. No cover. Table seating for folks eating or drinking.

This was a pop up Old and In the Way tribute band of friends who grew up listening to the album! With Andy Tuthil, Dan Freihofer, Jim Meigs, John Ackerly and Dave Meyer.

The Mongrels will be rocking DC's largest outdoor bar and brewery after the Nationals Game.

The JP Reali Blues band that I am drumming with is warming up for another band. More details to come. This is a great dive bar - cheap beer and food - and, believe it or not - they allow smoking. That's a negative for some of us, but it draws a crowd and folks there appreciate good live music.
