I'm a schooled, experienced drummer. (40 years) I can play anything. I'm looking for a working band. I also play various percussion, tabla, mostly, but I have congas, bongos, udus, and all sorts of stuff. My secondary instrument is the saxophone. I play soprano and tenor. Just got a baritone.

Influences
I have a lot of very different influences. As a youngster, I dug progressive rock, especially King Crimson. Later in life, I got into jazz and all sorts of ethnic music. I listen to a lot of music from the ECM record label. I like playing music, period. It doesn't matter what kind.

EQUIPMENT
I use SONOR drums and Paiste cymbals. Vic Firth sticks.
My soprano sax is an L.A. Sax. My tenor is by Eastern Music. My baritone is a German Bundy. I use "Jas" tablas, (made in London) rather than Bina. I have LP quinto and conga, with SONOR requinto and tumba. Meinl udu. Various large and small gongs, from all over.
