Visit .KarenJohns… Karen Johns & Company is standard and traditional jazz that swings a lot. The jazz ensemble is generally piano, guitar, drums, upright bass, lead vocals, and horns. Karen Johns & Company has released 3 successful jazz albums that have hit the jazz charts, and have received loads of Jazz radio and NPR airplay, and outstanding press reviews. We have toured both around and out of the country, and starting in November, we are booked every 3rd Friday of the month at one of Mid-Tennessee's best live venues. The musicians that work in this band are all paid. We are looking for a commitment to that 3rd Friday of the month. We perform jazz standards and jazz standard originals that have received excellent reviews.
