Born in Atchison, Kansas and after 2 years of college at Emporia State University moved to Hollywood, California where he jumped started his music career and worked with some of the music greats such as 5 time Grammy Winner “Dianne Reeves”, Linda Greene (a member of the Peaches & Herb duo), Victoria Wilson James (formerly of Soul ll Soul), Penny Ford, Al Jarreau, Rahsaan Patterson, and daughter of legendary Donny Hathaway, Kenya Hathaway and a host of studio and tour musicians.
