Building a band, and looking for a cofounder-cowriter!

I'm a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist building an original band making harder/more emotive rock with good melodies and musicianship. In the vein of band like Shinedown, for reference, but I don't want pigeon-hole too tightly yet.

I've been a drummer since I was little (some formal training), singing since I could talk (recently getting formal training), and playing guitar since adolescence.

Currently lead vocals in a high-end U2 tribute project ("L.A.vation"). I've played drums in a few bands and always provided harmony vocals. The front-man thing is new to me, but I'm kinda digging it.

I'm looking for other musicians to join an original band that I'm building. The goal is touring, not stopping at casual jamming and gigging. It will take time and work to get there, though.

I bring: front-person vocals, melodies, harmonies, arrangement, rhythm guitar, backing vocals, lyrics (but I'm a novice there), collaboration, band management, music tech.

I'm professional, respectful, accommodating (without being a pushover), timely and I'm always prepared. I take the music and my commitments seriously, and try to take everything else lightly.

Here are the things you could bring that would compliment what I bring: lead guitar, bass, drums, backing vocals, interest in writing.

I am working to make music my full-time job: performing, recording, mixing, producing. This means I am seriously committed, and I'm looking for others who are at least committed to regular gigging and envision themselves being able to commit to touring down the road.
