Picking up the pieces from the late act “Janus”, former Guitarist/Writer Greg Moniz and brother Chris “the Ry Guy” Moniz continue a new chapter for the local scene of Southern, Mass. Breaking thresholds, creating new boundaries, and experimenting with the art of sound, Last Days in Paris refuse to settle for just power chords and overdrive. Instead they are taking their ideas and collaborations to a unique level. Introducing new wave of instruments and sounds but maintaining the epic soul of rock/hardcore, this dynamic duo still searches for anyone others that share the same passion.

-The Story so far-
Currently we are on a standby status because I, Greg, am active duty military serving in Iraq. With the time I do get off in the Marine Corps my brother and I piece together what we hope to be a band some day in the near future. The end of my enlistment starts effective September 11, 2009. At that point we will be taking the band to a full time status. As far as roles go in the band I have been writing a good portion of the ideas/hooks and Ry does his amazing thing on the drums. We both collaborate together on songs. We believe strongly in a band/team effort, everyone has a say, there is so designated leader. We all play the role.

As of right now we are seeking musicians with passion, commitment and talent, anyone who is ready to take music serious, record, even possibly tour. We currently have 9 songs demoed out. Five of them that I had written in my previous band but went back to the drawing board and revamped them. We have a demo available for listen if you are interested.
