*** Lula's Gun is currently on hiatus as I, the founding member - guitar player/singer, have recently moved from Texas to Western New York. I am currently considering reforming Lula's Gun in WNY in the spring of 2024. ***

Lula's Gun last gigged as a trio and was considering the addition of a fourth member if that person were a great fit. A guitar player and/or keyboard player that can also sing (some lead and harmony). Our music selection/direction is; Classic Rock, with a touch of blues, Americana/Red Dirt, and country. Our song list features music by The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Tom Petty, Santana, CCR, ZZ Top, Cross Canadian Ragweed, The Byrds, Eric Clapton, The Eagles, The Byrds, & many more.

When I look to reform Lula's Gun, I will initially be looking for a bass player and drummer that, either or both, sing - harmony and some lead vocals. These people must be mature (older), live in or relatively close to Akron, NY where we will rehearse (actually in Wolcottsville), have pro equipment and experience. Looking to play out relatively infrequently - possibly twice a month. No drugs, drunks, or drama please.

I will not consider someone who would like to play in more than one band. While I understand and respect that choice, I prefer not to deal with the scheduling issues that may present.
