ABOUT

I love singing, and it's always been a dream of mine to have a career as a singer in some form or fashion. I never persued it because I never really thought I would be good enough, but I recently realized that being "good" has nothing to do with it. It's about how much I love it and how much I want it. I'm not saying that I'm not good. I think a have a nice voice, but I was in Washoe County Honor Choir my senior year of high school, so who knows, maybe I'm better than I give myself credit for. In my opinion, my voice has improved a lot since then, so I could be a rock star waiting to happen. Anyway, I have been feeling very inspired lately and just wanted to get on here and share my enthusiam and see if there is anyone out there who might like to play or sing with me and share my passion or even just hang out. I'll stop rambling now.

Influences

Promise not to laugh... In my lifetime, I have loved: Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Metallica, Megadeth, Aerosmith, N'Sync (i'm a sucker for nice voices, what can I say?), Third Eye Blind, Evanescense, Kelly Clarkson, Josh Groban, Matchbox 20/Rob Thomas, Michael Buble, Jonas Brothers (go ahead and laugh, I still love them); and Demi Lovato. There are probably many more, but I'm in a hurry so I can't think of them at the moment. Of all of these, my all time favorites are Evanescence, Kelly Clarkson, Evanescence, Aerosmith, Josh Groban, Demi Lovato and Jonas Brothers.
