ABOUT

My name is Chris "Masta" Shen. Over 25+ years I have played on over two dozen recordings and performed over 1000 shows in over 100 cities. Nowadays I have another job, so I am playing just for fun.

Please note, regarding Digital Auditions: Unfortunately I can't take on any more projects with regular schedules (like a band that rehearses weekly or gigs regularly) at the moment, so unless the audition is for one-off gigs or one-off studio work, I will be declining all invites (please don't be offended - I just don't want to get into something I don't have time for - that won't do anyone any good). Also, if you contact me, please include a short introductory message about what you are looking for, and please have music to share.
