Looking to form a band: something high energy, but not over focused on negative mood songs. Tribalish drums, like White Zombie, but fluid and colorful guitar like Van Halen or Randy Rhoads. Big on bass and drums, but not overpowering like the NU metal bands. Vocal melodies would also be colorful and lively, like a mix of Ozzy, David Lee Roth, Layne Staley, and Axl. Tongue-in-cheek lyrical style like a cross between Dave Mustaine and David Lee Roth.
Hard to really describe, but I don't wanna follow current trends. They're lame and played out. No change in rock for 16 damn years. Enough z-nuff!

Influences
Ozzy, Sabbath, Metallica, Megadeth, Guns N Roses, Godsmack, Van Halen, White Zombie, and....Jethro Tull. (Stop laughing! Lol ). I like Tull's ability to write very complex tunes with multiple instruments, it's damn impressive, like them or not. But no, I'm not looking to add flutes to the mix, lol.

EQUIPMENT
So far, just a decent mic. Will soon aquire a PA and what-not. No big deal.
Oh, and I got a beat up Ibanez with beat up Crate amp to mess around on.
The main thing I bring: stage presence, energy, massive writing and creative ability, and some damn fine rock/metal vox.
I'm 35, but don't look, act, or feel it. Dirty 30 for life, baby!
