Currently want to get back into music. Want to try my hand at lead vocals. Looking for a band/musicians who want to do originals with some covers in a nu metal/metal/alternative style (Heavy but with a melodic core). Winchester VA and Woodstock VA. Backing vocals/screams a plus. 20-40+ years old, no drugs. I have some week days off, but may be able to arrange some evening practices (family first).

I've been playing since 1994. In high school, I played lead guitar in a Metallica cover band. After graduating, I played in a hard rock/alternative band called Stress Factor (originals) and another acoustic band called KVW (originals/covers). In '05 I moved to NJ as an original member of Among Us (Guitars and backing vocals). I've played at spots in NJ (Highlights: Stone Pony, Mexicali Live) NYC (Knitting Factory, CBGB's befor demolition) and various clubs in Philadelphia.

I am looking to jam right now with a possibility of a solid band as lead vocals.
