SEEKING

Band to Join, Vocalist, Vocalist - Soprano.

ABOUT

Playing bass guitar since my teen years. Have played so many styles through the years. Wedding band, Progressive rock in lots of odd time, Elvis tribute; classic rock; new-wave when it was the rage; a Black Sabbath clone band that I formed in the 90s; even a bit of country lately.
I take pride in playing tight! I think this sets me apart from most amateur players. I pay very close attention to the drummer. I understand drumming, so try to really understand how my drummer plays, so we can form a solid foundation for the rest of the band.
Meanwhile, I outline the music leaving holes for the rest of the band to fill in - vocals, guitar lines, drum fills.

Important - I am a bass player. I list that I can play keyboard and guitar but that would never be my primary role in a band, maybe for demo or studio work.

My ideal band is a funk/R&B band with a horn section.
